When it’s time to travel
the journey within
MY NAME IS LOLA, FOUNDER + LEAD THERAPIST
To rewire the ways you are stuck and access a whole new perspective, you need to step outside of the environment that created them. As a trained theta healer and coach, I have spent a decade working with 1-1 with many beautiful people to unravel their blocks, address trauma and lead them back to a life they love.
“into the Mystic” is a continuation of that mission. Designed to go deeper faster and provide a truly transformational experience, through the weaving together world-class therapists and medicine people in a land that holds and supports this process like few others.
Like everyone, I’ve had my fair share of break-downs, heart-breaks, WTF moments, where I have wondered where in the world to go to figure it all out and come back to myself again.
Now, as a mother, time is ever more precious and I can’t jet off to Bali for a few months of Eat, Love, Pray like I once did, nor does my heart sing at the thought of clinical medical spas.
Perhaps, like me, you seek a haven in the world to rest and reset, to journey deeper into connection with yourself but dread the unpredictability of group dynamics. This is why ‘Into the Mystic’ answers a much-needed niche in the travel and wellness market - rooted in personalised curation, intimate space and rest as key pillars woven into your unique medicine.
To rewire the ways that I was stuck, i needed to totally step out of the environment that had informed and created them.
Over the past 5 years in Tulum, Lola has crafted dozens of private, personalised journeys for those in search of going deeper. Her expertise in curation, her own path and strong relationships with the wealth of practitioners in Mexico was one of the reasons she was invited to take on the role of Wellness Director at Nomade in Tulum. Since having a baby, she has returned back to her roots as a powerful guide and support, and birthing ‘Into the Mystic’ is the culmination of many years of word-of-mouth referrals and corporate innovation.
